Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- If an order is placed late on a Friday or at any time during the weekend, the order will be processed and shipped the following Monday, excluding holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Carriers
We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx to deliver your orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to all 50 U.S. States and Puerto Rico.
- At this time, we do not ship internationally.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Koji House LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at nick@kojihouse.co within 7 days of receiving your package.
